What is it?

The hydromask is a sheet mask that is designed to hydrate your skin fast. Inside your packet, you’ll find a lace sheet mask shaped like your face and soaked in special serums designed to nourish your skin like nothing else out you’ve ever tried before.

How does it work?

Our masks hydrate in two ways:

First, we’ve used best plant extracts and mixed them into one super formula that acts like a green juice for your skin. It will fill your skin with the good stuff.

Second, our lace sheet mask will help to lock all of the goodness inside your skin. Or, as we call it, hydration on double-time.

What type of skin is it suitable for?

Our formulas are gentle enough for all skin types and our masks work best on dry skin and skin that struggles with pimples and redness.

Which formula should I pick?

Each formula has special ingredients that target certain things. Brightening will add glow without shine, Firming will lift and plump, Moisturising will hydrate and nourish and Repairing will repair and soothe.

We recommend the New You Pack if you haven’t tried our face masks before so you can test and see which one makes your skin glow the most. Shine bright like a diamond? Wait until you see your skin after our face mask.

How often should I use them?

We recommend you mask 1-2 per week, so you can see long-term results with your skin.

How do I use it?

Step 1: Cleanse like there’s no tomorrow.
Step 2: Rip open this pack and peel the mask from its protective film.
Step 3: Gently spread the two halves over your face. Overlap for best results.
Step 4: Snap a selfie and tag @trefiel to go in the running to win a Pamper Club box.
Step 5: Relax for 15-30 minutes. Pop a bottle of champagne. Meditate. Netflix on the couch. They’re all good options.
Step 6: Peel the mask off and check yourself out. Discreetly if in public.
Step 7: Let your skin soak up the remaining goodness. No wash needed.

How do I store my masks?

Store your masks somewhere cool and where they can make others feel jealous.

Is it safe to use while pregnant?

Every lady should be able to mask and that’s why we made sure our formulas don’t contain any retinoids (Vitamin A), Salicylic Acid, soy, or other chemicals which should be avoided during pregnancy.

As always though, check the label and seek professional advice if in doubt.

Is it vegan?

Is it cruelty-free?

Yes, we never test on animals. Only ladies.

Inside, you’ll find four of your favourite Trefiel hydromasks and two gifts to make your pamper session extra sweet. We like to change it up so you can expect to receive scrubs, chocolates, beverages, candles, journals, oils and all kinds of treats that you probably wouldn’t buy for yourself usually.

How much does it cost?

If you sign up month-by-month, it’s $42 per month.

You can also choose to purchase your boxes up-front. For 3 boxes, it’s $113.50 up-front and for 6 boxes, it’s $199.00 up-front.

If you purchase your boxes up-front, you won’t be charged a monthly fee.

I haven't received my item. What can I do?

Make sure you’ve received an order completion email from our store. Inside that, you should receive a tracking number and estimated date of delivery. You can use the tracking number on the Auspost website to find your masks.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders one business day after your purchase has been completed.

Australia Post does not operate over weekends or public holidays, so we won’t be able to send it until the following normal business day.

How much will it cost to ship my masks?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $49 and a flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 on all orders under $49. This is available to ladies all over the world.

Can you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you can’t see your country at checkout, please get in touch with our team and we will add it to our store.

How long will my masks take to arrive?

Australia: 2-6 business days

New Zealand: 5-12 business days

United Kingdom: 5-14 business days

Europe: 5-14 business days

United States: 5-14 business days

Canada: 5-14 business days

Rest of the world: 12-14 business days

Will I have to pay Duty and VAT charges?

Your masks may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees) on arrival. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees as they are decided on and charged by your country’s customs office.

If you don’t want to pay the additional fees, your masks will be returned to us. Once your masks have been returned, we can refund your order minus the cost of shipping.

I want to return my masks and get a refund

No one wants to use someone else’s mask, so we can’t offer returns on masks that have been opened. If you’re unhappy, see no results with our product or were shipped the wrong masks, let our team know and we’ll work together to find a solution.

Do you offer discounts or sales?

We love a great deal as much as everyone, so that’s why we priced our products in an affordable way.

You’ll occasionally see discounts shared by our brand ambassadors and if you sign up to our newsletter, we’ll send out occasional sales but generally speaking, we think our product rocks and is well worth the price.

How can I pay?

We accept payment via PayPal, After Pay or credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

My order has already been shipped. Can I get a refund?

If you return our masks to us, we can refund your order total less the cost of shipping.
