Protein for breakfast

Protein is vital for a healthy body, energy, weight loss and maintaining healthy skin of course. Always start your day with a protein rich breakfast like a smoothie, eggs or homemade muesli/porridge with nuts and seeds.

Go fish!

like salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines. These fish are rich in omega-3 essential fatty acids, which are known for their anti-inflammatory benefits, but also anti-ageing and beneficial for our skin. The good fats help nourish and protect your skin, and leave your hair silky and shiny.

Dose of Vitamin C
